Each "System" Contains The Following - - - Add Options From Our "al-a-carte" Menu

1) Two DJs/entertainers that work in Male/Female teams. Wireless so they can go wherever they want during the evening. How often have you seen a DJ coordinating on the dance floor and have to run back to start the music?

2) Up to 6 hours of entertainment, including dinner and reception. Additional hours and "al-a-carte" options, available. Set Up, Prep and Takedown at no cost.

3) Detailed 5 page planner 8-9 weeks prior and meeting w/ your "team lead". In person meeting, video conference and email consultations to plan your celebration! Discuss details and uniquely designed options can be selected.

4) Organize the evening's flow to provide a stress free wedding! Coordinate, Design, and Emcee all formalities the night. Planning and coordination of timeline (i.e. introductions, prayer, toasts, dinner, first dances) and other portions of the event, including with the venue and other vendors.

Elegance™ - World Class on a Grande Scale!

Large Crowd or Ballroom? No Problem. This is what the Elegance was designed for. Large celebrations. Easily handling crowd sizes of 200, or 500, or more.

You've reserved a large ballroom, invited many guests, or the venue has a big dance floor or high ceilings. You don't want a DJ with two small speakers and a spinning light that no one will hear or see.

The Elegance™ was designed to be on a production scale size, with world class sound and lighting.

It doesn't look like all the DJ service out there. But it also is not overpowering. Ideal for large parties that want to dance the night away!

Radiance™ - Different Crowd Personality. Different System.

Sometimes the crowd age or type of crowd may impact what system you need. Maybe you are not having the big "party" crowd that is going to pack a dance floor all night where more lighting is needed, like in our Elegance™.

This system is ideal for a crowd with more family guests and less friends / co-workers. Or, they like to hang out at the bar more than be on the dance floor.

The Radiance™ has a "scaled" down lighting system, but still contains our large sound package. Big ballroom or large crowd, but lower key crowd? Then the Radiance™ is most likely choice to fit your night.

Ambiance™ - No Compromises. For When You Have a Smaller Crowd, A More Intimate Event.

Crowd on the smaller size? The Ambiance™ system contains scaled down sound and lighting versions of its bigger brothers, Elegance™ and Radiance™.

We recommend this system when the client anticipates a more intimate type event in a smaller ballroom or venue.

Other considerations are if the ceilings are lower, the crowd is under 140 people, or where set up space could be limited.

We don't want to compromise what you are paying for, but not be over the top for your crowd, venue and style.

Music selection for the evening is designed with your input, and our suggestions, to match your event's personality. There are uniquely designed portions of the show, which you may choose, or not choose, based on if you feel they will match your crowd. They are included at NO cost. Our world class systems all vary in size, but do not affect what we offer, nor cheapen the system. Control systems allow choreographed crowd impact and haze atmosphere is preferred, but often requires facility approval. Our systems are "redundant" systems within themselves for backup. There is not a need to carry the "C" grade equipment in the trailer, when you paid for the "A" game. Items are backed up "in-house", from laptops, to music controllers and lighting controllers, as well as, cables, processing equipment and speaker arrangement
